Somatic Meditations

In community, we explore somatic practices together. We start with conversation and share what we’re arriving with. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you’d like. You can have your camera on or off. You can join from under the covers.

We pause, experiment, and notice what unfolds. We settle into new forms, touching into the easeful and the uncomfortable. It feels anchored and grounded. Expansive and transcendent.

Offered online:
Monday evening 8-8:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 7-7:30am
Eastern Standard Time

    Needs and Offerings
